Terms and Conditions


1. Services

The Photographer agrees to provide photography services for the Client at agreed session place and time.


2. Retainer & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer fee of  $100 is required at the time of booking to secure the session date and time.
  • The retainer will be applied toward the total session fee.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the session date. Otherwise the session will be cancelled and a new date has to be found and a rescheduling fee will be due.


3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If the Client cancels the session for any reason, the retainer is non-refundable.
  • If the Client wishes to reschedule, a rescheduling fee of $50 may apply.
  • If the Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be offered a rescheduled date.


4. Deliverables

The Photographer will provide the Client with edited digital images, delivered via an online gallery.


5. Copyright & Usage

  • All images remain the property of the Photographer.
  • The Client is granted personal usage rights only. Images may not be sold, edited or used for commercial purposes without written permission.


6. Liability

The Photographer will take all reasonable care but is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, accidents).


7. Agreement

By booking online on this website, both parties agree to the terms and conditions as stated above.
